PARINGIN,RB- Pemerintah Kabupaten Balangan gelar apel Hari Guru Nasional (HGN) Tahun 2022 dan HUT PGRI Ke-77, bertempat di Halaman Kantor Bupati Balangan, Kamis (24/11/2022).
Pada kesempatan ini, ditampilkan tarian tradisional, senam P5 siswa SDN Paringin Selatan 1 dan drama yang diperankan oleh para guru Kabaret Balangan.
Dengan mengusung tema “badai pasti berlalu” ceritanya pun sangat menyentuh hati, membuat para penonton berada dalam suasana haru.
Hadir dalam upacara tersebut Bupati Balangan H. Abdul Hadi, sebagai Inspektur Upacara. Dalam upacara tersebut Bupati membacakan Teks Pidato Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Nadiem Anwar Makarim, M. B. A
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati juga menyampaikan kabar gembira kepada sekitar 2000 orang guru yang berhadir pada upacara tersebut.
“Pendidikan adalah prioritas kita untuk dikembangkan dan lebih dikembangkan lagi, oleh karena itu Pemerintah Daerah akan melengkapi sarana prasarana dan kesejahteraan guru. Insya Allah, Pemerintah daerah akan memberikan kendaraan dinas untuk Penilik dan pengawas, 116 rehab sekolah dari APBD, 4 buah cromebook tiap SD dan SMP, hibah kepada lembaga masyarakat” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Bupati juga menyampaikan bahwa pemerintah daerah akan menambahkan sekitar 5 milyar lebih kenaikan insentif demi kesejahteraan para guru.
“250 ribu rupiah untuk Kepala Sekolah, 200 ribu rupiah untuk non-PNS tingkat SD/MI, SMP/MTs, dan 100 ribu rupiah untuk PNS dan insya Allah mudah-mudahan akan dinaikkan lagi di APBD perubahan” lanjutnya
Di akhir sambutannya Bupati menambahkan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia para Guru di tahun 2023 nanti, pemerintah Kabupaten Balangan telah menyediakan dana sekitar 7, 5 milyar yang diberikan dalam bentuk workshop dan memberangkatkan sekitar 24 orang guru untuk belajar ke Amerika Serikat.
Setelah upacara selesai, Beliau mengunjungi stand pameran produk unggulan tiap PC PGRI perkecamatan.(Arbt).
