PARINGIN,RB- Ratusan anak usia dini ikut kegiatan karnaval yang diselenggarakan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Balangan dalam peringatan Hari Anak Nasional, di Tarminal Paringin. Selasa (6/12/2022).
Ratusan anak usia dini bersama Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak–kanak Indonesia (IGTKI) Kabupaten Balangan, memeriahkan peringatan Hari Anak Nasional.
Peserta karnaval dilepas secara resmi oleh Bupati Balangan H Abdul Hadi yang diwakili Staf Ahli Bidang Kemasyarakatan dan SDM Setda Balangan, Hj Hasmiati.
Turut hadir pada acara ini, Bunda PAUD Balangan, Hj Sri Huriyati Hadi, Kepala Disdikbud, Ribowo, dan beberapa Kepala SKPD, serta perwakilan Bank Kalsel yang turut mendukung kegiatan ini.
Karnaval dimulai pukul 08.00 WITA, dari Terminal Paringin menuju Komplek 25, Pasar Adaro Paringin, Lapangan Bola Martasura, Tugu Perjuangan Paringin dan kembali ke Terminal Paringin.
Di sepanjang rute jalan yang dilalui, penampilan anak-anak peserta karnaval mendapat reaksi dan mengundang gelak tawa masyarakat yang menontonnya.
Kepala Disdikbud Balangan, Ribowo mengatakan, karnaval yang diadakan dengan tujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa nasionalisme ini, diikuti sekitar 125 anak berusia dini dari perwakilan PAUD se-Kabupaten Balangan.
“Karnaval ini kita gelar untuk melatih anak mencintai Tanah Air, sehingga muncul rasa nasionalisme yang tinggi pada anak, dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan karakter sehingga dapat berkembang dengan baik,” kata Ribowo.
Ditambahkan oleh Kabid Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Disdikbud Balangan, Juli Rahman bahwa dalam kegiatan ini juga diadakan pembagian makanan bergizi pada anak-anak.
“Di Hari Anak Nasional Tingkat Kabupaten Balangan ini, kami juga membagikan makanan bergizi pada anak, dan memberikan bantuan alat tulis ke sekolah-sekolah daerah terpencil,” tambah Juli Rahman.(Arbt).
