KALSEL, RB- Kepala Dinas Kependudukan Pencatatan Sipil, Keluarga Berencana (Disdukcapil-KB) Provinsi Kalsel, Zulkifli terus mendorong masyarakat untuk tertib administrasi kependudukan.
Kepala Disdukcapil-KB Provinsi Kalsel, Zulkifli mengatakan, saat ini Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) telah menjadi basis data dari berbagai macam instansi baik pemerintah maupun swasta.
“Untuk masyarakat harus memiliki NIK, dengan adanya NIK itu prospek atau program pembangunan yang dikelola oleh pemerintah atau swasta bisa menjadi sandaran baik analisis perencanaan kedepannya,” kata Zulkifli, Banjarbaru, Selasa (8/11/2022).
Tertib administrasi kependudukan ini, tambah Zulkifli, harus dimulai dari kesadaran masyarakat dalam melaporkan data kependudukannya.
“Contohnya jika ada kematian, langsung saja dilaporkan jangan lambat-lambat. Bahkan kalau bisa dilaporkan pada hari yang sama, seandainya sampai berbulan-bulan tidak dilaporkan dan tiba pemilu misalnya, orangnya itu akan dianggap masih hidup, dan akan mengacaukan data pemilihan. Begitu juga dengan kelahiran juga harus cepat dilaporkan,” ujar Zulkifli.
Jika masyarakat mau tertib, lanjut Zulkifli, maka akan memberikan dampak positif kepada pengelolaan manajemen pemerintahan, termasuk untuk menjaga bagaimana masyarakat yang hidup dibawah garis kemiskinan mendapatkan bantuan.
“Apabila hal itu suda dilakukan, tentu saja akan memudahkan program pemerintah termasuk memproyeksikan program untuk lima tahun kedepan,” jelas Zulkifli.
Lebih jauh, Zulkifli menjelaskan, tidak hanya masyarakat, pemerintah juga harus bertindak untuk mempersempit kesempatan masyarakat agar lebih disiplin.
“Kita ambil contoh sepuluh tahun lalu, dimana masyarakat ada yang punya dua sampai tiga KTP, inikan namanya tidak tertib. Disinilah pemerintah mengambil tindakan dengan membuat KTP elektronik, dan sekarang kita juga sudah mulai mengembangkan KTP digital,” tutur Zulkifli.
Dengan inovasi tersebut, jelas Zulkifli, akan mempersempit peluang-peluang menggandakan KTP-nya, karena pendaftaran NIK yang terintegrasi seluruh Indonesia melalui KTP digital.
“Jadi bukan hanya masyarakat yang kita imbau, tetapi sistemnya pun dibikin terintegrasi supaya polanya ini lebih sempurna,”tutupnya.(Rilis)
