PARINGIN, RB – Dalam upaya mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Balangan melalui Bidang Perlindungan dan Penyelematan Arsip gelar Coaching Clinic Tata Cara Penyusutan Arsip Di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Balangan.
Acara yang dikemas secara inovatif dengan melibatkan peserta dalam diskusi kelompok (Focus Group Discussion) Gerakan Sadar Selamatkan Arsip (Gasak Arsip), digelar di Best Western Kindai Hotel Banjarmasin, Rabu (9/10/2024),
Hal ini menunjukkan komitmen kuat Kabupaten Balangan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan arsip yang efektif.
Kepala Bidang Perlindungan dan Penyelematan Arsip, Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Balangan, Nitta Friyanti bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan Pendampingan dan Pembinaan (Coaching Clinic) intensif kepada peserta mengelola arsip yang bertujuan untuk pembenahan arsip penting daerah.
“Dengan coaching clinic ini, kami berharap dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan arsip diseluruh perangkat daerah” ujar Nitta.
Lanjutnya, Fokus utama kegiatan ini adalah pada penyusutan arsip yang telah melewati masa retensi, yaitu arsip yang usianya di bawah 10 tahun.
Dengan melakukan penyusutan arsip secara teratur, diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan ruang penyimpanan dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam mengakses informasi.
“Hal ini dilakukan guna penyelamatan dan penyusutan arsip yang tidak bernilai guna lagi, sehingga yang selama ini rendahnya pemahaman tentang kearsipan dan masih dianggap hal yang kurang penting menjadi lebih diperhatikan di setiap perangkat daerah,” ungkapnya. (alpi)
